Canatu Oy is an exciting growth company and a manufacturer of unique carbon nanomaterial based transparent conductive films and sensors for the electronics industry. The award-winning films and sensors are used to create innovative 3D touch and thermal applications for automotive and consumer products. Canatu currently employs 60 professionals in our new Vantaa, Finland facility. Canatu has sales locations in the USA, EU, Japan, Korea, and Taiwan.

We are looking for an energetic marketing and communication manager to drive exciting Canatu brand, B2B marketing channels, exhibitions, social media and supporting in media communication globally. You don’t need to be the most experienced marketer yet, but you can grow in this position as the company is growing. As Canatu is still a start-up company we are firstly looking for your can-do attitude, innovativeness and willingness to roll your sleeves.


Marketing & Communications Manager / Director

to manage and develop global marketing and communications.


Your responsibilities

  • Develop the brand identity, competitive differentiation, and go-to-market strategy
  • Create product marketing content and tools for sales, for example
    • Innovate and coordinate Canatu video creation with a partner
    • Create layouts for ads, banners, brochures etc. and design and create graphics, like icons and infographics
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
  • Develop and update Canatu web pages
  • Develop and manage Google advertising, marketing campaigns and visibility
  • Establish a sustainable and strategic approach to PR with industry experts, media outlets and other external influencers
  • Prepare and manage external events and fairs globally

You to be successful in your work, we require

  • previous work experience in marketing and communications of minimum 3-5 years
  • good writing skills
  • proven work experience in Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
  • excellent English skills
  • eagerness to use, learn and develop online tools
  • experience of Google Advertising and social media
