Purpose and goals of Canatu’s Investor Relations
The key principle of Canatu’s Investor Relations is to ensure that all market parties have simultaneous and equal access to accurate, sufficient, and correct information on the company and its operations, objectives, strategy, and financial position to support the price formation of the financial instruments issued by the company. Another objective is to ensure that all information is disclosed promptly and equally.
Canatu meets with capital market and media representatives and responds to queries submitted by shareholders, investors, analysts and the media without undue delay. Primarily the company’s CEO, the Chair of the Board of Directors and CFO carry out communications with investors and analysts, assisted by the VP, IR, Communications & Marketing.
