Canatu secures new patent in China for oriented deposition of carbon nanotubes
Canatu has recently secured another important patent in China for Apparatuses and Method for Oriented Deposition of Carbon Nanotubes. This new invention allows us to orient carbon nanotubes horizontally, which greatly improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the CNT film and its end applications, such as ADAS heaters used in the automotive industry.

To date, Canatu holds 150 patents across 30 different families. Having an extensive IPR not only safeguards our unique processes, but it also paves way for new business opportunities through licensing arrangements with third parties.
