Nordic Chip Summit 2025
Canatu is excited to participate in the Nordic Chip Summit 2025, held at Dipoli in Espoo, Finland. The summit gathers the leading experts, researchers and policy makers from the semiconductor and quantum technology sectors to explore best practices, discover cutting-edge technologies and build international collaboration that will shape the future.

Program highlights include keynotes by Paul de Bot (TSMC) on Europe’s role in the global semiconductor race, Jussi Rautee (Applied Materials) on Finland’s ALD success story, and Björn Ekelund (Ericsson) on the future of semiconductor applications.
As part of the program, Markus Huuhtanen, Director, Carbon Age and Business Development (Canatu), will give a presentation on Canatu’s Carbon Age Veturi (Leading company) program. The presentation will cover the following:
- The superior properties of Carbon nanotubes (CNT) and what they can enable in different applications.
- How Carbon Age Veturi program will create a Finnish ecosystem to leverage Canatu’s CNT technology platform with the goal to unlock new business applications across industries.
The event will take place in the heart of the unique Kvanttinova ecosystem, the leading deep tech innovation powerhouse in the Nordics. The event is co-organised by Kvanttinova, Aalto University, the City of Espoo, VTT and FiCCC (the Finnish Chips Competence Centre).
