Slush 2025: Deep Tech Boost – Chips & Beyond

Canatu will give a presentation at Slush 2025: Deep Tech Boost – Chips & Beyond, a side event hosted by Business Finland, taking place on November 19 from 8:30 to 11 AM at the Helsinki Expo and Convention Center. At 8:50 AM, Juha Kokkonen, CEO of Canatu, will present “Canatu – Deep Tech Growth Story.”

As part of the program, Juha Kokkonen will share how Canatu CNT membranes have become a key enabling technology in EUV lithography. The rapid growth of AI is fueling demand for advanced chips, driving demand for CNT pellicles. Advanced chips represent the fastest-growing segment of the semiconductor industry, with an expected CAGR of ~20% between 2025 and 2030. Manufacturing of these chips using 600W power scanners is anticipated to begin by 2027, marking a major inflection point for CNT pellicle adoption.
