LiDAR Tech 2022
Canatu will attend the 4th LiDAR Tech Forum taking place from November 16-18, 2022 in Suzhou, China. This event will focus on market trends, technological breakthroughs, and practical applications of LiDAR technology. During the event, Canatu CSO Samuli Kohonen will present our CNT film heater technology.
Join Canatu session to learn what goes behind creating the most advanced transparent heater for LiDAR.
Canatu LiDAR heaters are needed to ensure reliability of LiDAR systems through harsh weather conditions. Build-up of ice, snow or fog on LiDAR cover lens can block the sensor’s field of view risking accurate 3D LiDAR mapping. Canatu film heaters keep LiDAR cover lens clear of weathering disturbances, advancing autonomous driving in any weather.
Canatu film heaters combine high optical properties and effective heating, and can be flexibly tailored to meet customer heating, optical, and design requirements across a range of input voltages. They can be thermoformed or high-pressure formed into any 3D shape, and film insert molded into the LiDAR cover lens.
