EXPO 2023 by STARTUP AUTOBAHN powered by Plug and Play
Canatu will attend the STARTUP AUTOBAHN EXPO2023 on June 22nd, 2023 in Stuttgart. At the event, Canatu will present a joint pilot project with Webasto on integrating LiDAR and camera heating on Roof Sensor Module (RSM) for autonomous driving.
The Webasto RSM integrates ADAS sensors and sensor availability functions like deicing and anti-fogging seamlessly into the roofline which is ideal positioning for the sensors because of the all-round view and optimal detection. To enable functionality in harsh weather, a reliable deicing and anti-fogging function is needed. The Canatu film heater addresses this, making autonomous driving safer.

Canatu’s Chief Product Officer Tero Tolonen will present the joint pilot project at 15:40 CEST on the Main Stage. A live stream will be available from 13:30 CEST on the event website. Additionally, Canatu will showcase a LiDAR deicing demo and samples of the 3D molded parts at the booth.
